Surface Computing with Samsung Sur40


Samsungs Sur40 is the new generation Microsoft Surface experience featuring PixelSense Technology. It is powered by AMD Athlon II X2 Dual Core Processor 2.9Ghz paired with Radeon HD 6700M series GPU featuring DirectX 11 runs an embedded version of Windows 7
Proffesional 64-bit,with a surface 2.0 SDK.

 The key technology which supports surface computing is
Pixel Sense technology. Pixel Sense means,it allows an LCD display to recognize fingers,hands,and objects placed on the screen,including more than 50 simultaneous touch points.With help of this technology, pixels in  the display identifies what is touching the screen and that information is immediately processed and interpreted



The gadget is four inches thin and it facilitates the use of the product in a horizontal deployment,hang on the wall with VESA mount, or embed in walls or custom enclosures. There are standard legs available or a customer can design and attach their own.
